Pro Systems provides audio, lighting, and video installations and event production for a variety of venues and events. Our events range from music festivals and concerts to corporate sales meetings and branding events.  We perform AV installations in bars/restaurants, schools, houses of worship, nightclubs, corporate offices. Sales and Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive, experienced in the Audio Visual industry. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our business to new clients, networking with industry associates, managing and assisting current client accounts, and recruiting business from your existing networks.

Expect to meet with prospective clients to determine needs. create, present and follow-up on sales proposals; ultimately bringing vision to reality by working in tandem with our technical and creative team.  

There will be some travel and some unusual hours required. Must be able to be on site for special events to help manage clients. 

Desired Skills and Experience

Installation Technician

The Installation Technician is primarily responsible for assisting the Installation Manager in audio/visual installations and service requests at client venues.

Secondary responsibilities include assisting at events when required, assisting in warehouse with loading/unloading trucks, prep and return of equipment, shipping and receiving, etc.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime.

  • 2-3 + years experience in Commercial and/or Home AV Installation

  • Ability to interact well with clients

  • A positive, can-do attitude

  • A clean driving record

  • Working knowledge of DMX control software

  • Working knowledge of Audio control software

  • Working knowledge of Automation control software (e.g. RTI, URC, ELAN, Crestron)

  • Experience with AV equipment repairs is a plus

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing

  • Punctuality and onsite efficiency is a must

  • Must possess own hand tools and basic power tools
