In 1989, Pro Systems was founded by Brad Donaldson in San Diego, CA with his passion for concerts and live productions. The company at the time, California Sound Production, was a mobile DJ Company that grew quickly in the sound and lighting markets.
In the early '90's, the company transitioned into larger productions, providing sound and lighting systems for electronic dance events. Moving out of the garage and into their first warehouse the company name changed to California Sound & Lighting, which grew into a dominant player renting sound systems, lighting, and DJ equipment.
In 2003, the business transitioned to focus full attention on event production and system integration, under the new name Pro Systems.
Today, Pro Systems resides under the Show Imaging umbrella of full service production experiences, maintaining the specialty of premium concert and festival events nationwide with state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled staff.
